Cancel trial subscription

Hello people 🙂

I need to cancel the trial and I know how to do it (If worked). The problem is that the subscriptions is not diaplayed on App Store at all, not as current not as past or cancelled. There is no costumer service. How can I solve it?

I’ve reviewed your Adobe account but wasn’t able to locate any active or paid plan associated with it. If you may have used a different Adobe ID or email address for your subscription, please feel free to send us a private message with that information so we can look into it further.

Hi there,

I have a similar issue regarding my Adobe subscription. I am unable to find this subscription listed in my account or app store subscriptions from my mobile device and as a result, I was automatically charged for an annual subscription.

Could you please help me cancel this subscription and, if possible, issue a refund for the unintended charge?
