Cancelacion de version prueba y entrar a mi cuenta

hola que tal. El di de hoy estoy intentando cancelar la version prueba de mi cuenta, pero para ingresar a cambiar mi cuenta me pide ingresar a mi cuenta juevamente mientras esta ya se encuentra en sesion y me dice aue mi conttaseƱa es erronea. Ademas que envio 4 veces seguidas el codigo de verificacion de adobe haciendo que la cuenta se restrinja para que pueda hacer cualquier otro movimiento. La verdad que no se que hacer porque si mi cuenta se encontraba abierta y yo estaba utilizando. Como puedo manejarlo?

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
