Comprei um plano em 12 Dez 2022, por um ano.
Agora, em 12 Dez 2023 foi cobrado mais um ano sem que eu tivesse subscrito.
Já fiz o cancelamento da minha subscrição.
No email que recebi da adobe acerca do cancelamento diz que o serviço será encerrado em 11-dezembro-2024.
Eu pretendo a restituição do dinheiro agora.

We checked and found the cancellation was done yesterday and it is in process. As @Peru Bob mentioned, it may take 7-10days for the refund to be credited.
