Cancelamento

Boa tarde,

Uma vez que me dei conta que me estava a ser retirado dinheiro da conta por um plano que eu não assinei, queria cancelar o mesmo.

Contudo para cancelar o mesmo pedem-me uma taxa de cancelamento antecipado. Gostaria de saber quando posso cancelar o plano sem pagar tal taxa de cancelamento antecipado?

for annual subscriptions, there's no fee at the end 1 year term. ie, cancel a few days before your subscription is about to renew (which it does automatically, if you don't cancel).
