Cancelar suscripción de prueba

Necesito cancelar la suscripción de prueba de Adobe Illustrator, que según la oferta podía usar hasta hoy sin generar ningún cobro.

No puedo entrar a mi sesión para hacerlo y no se me permite cambiar contraseña. Para cambiarla me piden conocer mi contraseña actual (tiene eso algún sentido, además de obstaculizar el dar de baja mi suscripción!!!??).

No logré nada a través del chat, adjunto transcripción y  el teléfono de contacto no funciona.

Supongo que esto servirá de algo...........

Why can't you log in? Did you lose your password? To change your password, you can do so, during the sign-in procedure.

As soon as you can sign in to your account, you can cancel. Even when there was a charge, and the subscription is still in its first 14 days, you will be able to cancel without an early cancellation charge and get refunded.

 

If you contact customer care, and you want to chat with an agent, type “agent”. I normally don't do, as the bot is good at finding out what kind of problem you have and to direct you at the right person.

Estoy igual, no puedo cancelar mi prueba gratis ya que me pide una contraseña que nunca puse y no hay opción para recuperar la contraseña

you have to gave an adobe id and password to start a trial.  contact adobe support.

there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
