Buenos días
Llevo meses intentando cancelar mi suscripción a illustrator y si no actualizo el métod de pago no me deja. Como no quiero que me cobren los meses que llevo intentando cancelar, no se como hacerlo porque no me deja por ninguna vía.
Agradecería que me confirmaran.
