Canceled a free trial and deleted my account but I'm still being charged...

Hey guys I created an account for illustrator for work and started learning in a trial. Then my company said It was unnecessary for me to learn this, so I cancelled my trial and deleted my Adobe account. I haven't had any access to illustrator yet I've been charged for the last 3 months. In my accounts I have no active paid subscriptions and desputing the charges didn't work. Please help!

Hi @Matt_Hoffman5464

We appreciate you reaching out. I confirm that there is no active subscription associated with this email address. Also, there was no recent Adobe Illustrator trial signed up for using this email address. This implies that you are raising this query for a different email address. We can not ask for it here as this is a public forum.

Could you start a discussion using the correct email address?  We'll look into the details and help you out.

Hi Shivangi,

I appreciate the reply, I am responding from an account with the proper email associated, I disputed the charge through my credit card company and received an invoice copy that way, otherwise I have not received the invoices to email.

Thank you

Thanks for the response, unfortunately I believe I deleted the Adobe account I got the trial on so I can't access it. although the deleted account was associated with the same email address. Would it help if I give the invoice numbers I got through my card company?

I am sorry, Matt, but account deletion is not possible with an active subscription or unpaid charges. You can find more information on the account deletion process at https://adobe.ly/42oOTHl.

For your next steps, please try accessing your service using any other email addresses that you would have used to make the purchase. You can use the steps in https://adobe.ly/42Y2l56 if you need to reset the password to regain access. ^JW

who did you dispute charges with and, if that was adobe support, what did they say?
