Salve, voglio cancellare labbonamento che mi è durato un anno , ma mi chiedono ancora penale, sendo che gia avevo provato prima di scadere il piano, ma hanno detto che dovevo aspettare il termino di una anno , non ho mai usato... ho aspettato ma ancora vogliono la penale, cosa devo fare? se è gia passato una anno?
