I am trying to reach someone at Adobe about the recent charges to my account. I have attempted to cancel this service however my account says no paid subscription yet my card is being debited $29.99. I need to get this stopped.

Thank you. I used the link and it shows the charge, however I am not seeing any subscriptions.
ver there is no plan currently enrolled.
