Cancellation Fee – Question

Question

I have Adobe account from 29. 8. 1022 – so today id 14th day from the renewed subscription. I would like to change the subscription from the year plan payed monthly to the monthly plan. My question is, if the 50% fee for cancelation aplies to me at all and if so – is the 50% from the month or the year? I hope this is understandable, many thanks for help.
