I signed 2021 October with promotion $43 for Adobe suite.

In October 2022 I started paying $79 promotion finished.

I wanted to cancel subscription and it says I need to pay $350 cancellation fee.

Why?

I signed more then a year ago !

your subscription automatically renewed for another year and you either failed to cancel in time (and owe the early cancellation fee), or you cancelled in time and should not be charged.

contact adobe support to get clarification:  use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

p.s you can also use phone (but chat is usually quicker), https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

p.p.s. you can also use twitter to tweet @AdobeCare

p.p.p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true

The terms and conditions were clearly laid out, when you bought your plan. It was also said that the plan would continue at the today's current rate for a second year, if it would not get cancelled before. And I would guess, you got an Adobe e-mail before plan renewal showing the new conditions.

I would suggest to contact Adobe customer care, I'm sure that they will propose a solution acceptable to you, but be aware, that if you accept a special offer, that there are conditions attached to that offer. If you absolutly don't want to continue, do not accept such offers. If you want to continue, the offer may be interesting.

Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
Support phone numbers may be found here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html. Please note that phone charges may apply.

To Cancel https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

-do be aware that cancelling early means paying 1/2 of the remaining subscription time as a fee
--this is cancelling AFTER the trial converts to paid and BEFORE the end of the subscription
