Cancellation Fee

My subscription ends in 3 days and I would still be charged an early cancellation fee of $10.00 if I cancel my subscription today. When can I cancel without a fee?

if you have an annual subscription paid monthly, tou can cancel anytime after your 12th payment is received by adobe.  eg, if your subscription ends in 3 days, your last payment should have been received 2+ weeks ago.

contact adobe support to clarify. there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
