cancellation fee

i was told by online chat with adobe help line that i will not be charged for cancelation fee but stilll late in eveing cancelation fee of USD86.57 was take from the account.

As I understand correctly, you had a chat session with Adobe Support wherein it was confirmed that you will not be charged cancellation fee, however your account has been charged with a Cancellation fee.

 

Please do not worry, in this case kindly initiate a chat using the same Adobe account you were logged in earlier and Adobe Support Team can refer to the previous chat transcript and help in creating a manual refund request (as it was already conf
