Cancellation fee
Hi, I got the adobe creative cloud plan during the black friday deal because I was unaware of the student plan I could have gotten, after discovering this I attempted to switch the plan to it, however it was not an option on any of the selection lists, meaning that I had to create a whole new account in order to access this plan, however this also meant I got given the early cancellation fee as a result, I have evidence that this was the case as I had my college email as my secondary email on the account I initially got the plan on and this only occurred due to no option to switch into this plan on my original account, is there anyway I can communicate this to adobe in order to avoid this early cancellation fee?
