hi community ,I'm writing to adobe request the cancellation of my After Effects subscription only — without the early termination fee.
I mistakenly subscribed to After Effects and forgot to cancel within the 14-day trial period. Since then, the charges have started, but I haven't been using the software at all.
Considering that I haven’t used After Effects and already paid for a couple of months, I kindly ask you to waive the cancellation fee and allow me to stop this subscription.
I’d truly appreciate your understanding and support
