Cancellation Fees - Absurd

Hello,

 

I have been a adobe member since 2017 and want to cancel my annual monthly plan. When is the best time to cancel to avoid paying the hefty fee. Absolutely ridiculous that it even comes with a cancellation fee, so would apprecaite any help to make this as little as possible given how much I have already spent over my time.

Hi there, We are here to help you. In case you wish to cancel your Adobe subscription without the cancellation fee, I would suggest you to cancel it right before the renewal date of the next contract. Cancel your subscription in the 11th month so that you don't have to pay any fee.

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
