Cancellation of membership

I have a question about my account. Every month my account is charged for Creative Cloud even though I have not subscribed to any service.
Is it possible to trace if I give you all the payment details, how is it possible that I am being charged, who inserted my card to you and also what option do I have to be able to cancel it.
