cancellation of plan lead to immediate top of subscription ?!!

as shown. never encountered such undecent condition with any apps in my life.

that's adobe's policy for annual subscriptions paid monthly.  if you want to cancel just prior to plan renewal, set a reminder.

I checked and found that the user has already canceled the subscription. There is no active subscription associated with this account.
