I just received the mail of a cancellation of my subscription for my Creative Cloud, although i paid for it a few weeks ago. Back then I received a mail about the confirmation of the renewal of the subscription. The deadline for my bachelor thesis is tomorrow, and I really relied on PS and ID so this is the worst time to happen.
I tried many things, for instance tried to update my payment information, but its never possible, cause the site is cancelling and many errors always. Very dissapointet of this stuff. One possible error is I paid with my Bank account, my IBAN, but I cannot take this payment option. Maybe Adobe cannot connect those two.
Hope anyone can help, all the stuff I already read didn't.
