Hi!
I registered for the Adobe program on November 02, but cancelled the same day because the package was not what I expected. I received a confirmation email when I cancelled the program.
I was shocked to find that a monthly fee had been deducted from my account after the 7 day free period
I have confirmed AGAIN the cancellation and am now being asked to pay 151.30€. Again, I had already cancelled Adobe on 02 November and received a confirmation email.
What should I do?

Hi herédi_6442,
As I understand you were charged for the subscription even after cancelling the same. I checked your account and see that the Photoshop subscription that you had purchased is still in the canceling state. Could you please share the confirmation email that you received in a private message? We will get it check from our team.
Have a nice day.
Thanks
^KS

Hi dominique_9986,
Adobe charges you a cancellation fee when the free cancellation period is over which is 14 days from the day of first payment taken. Now if you want to cancel before 1 year you may have to pay a cancellation fee. You may have to contact support for help on this issue. You use this link to contact support: https://adobe.ly/3ZBvn9g. Hope this helps.
Thanks

Hi,
Could you please link where I can request refund? I need the exact link, not the general FAQ page.
Thanks

there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):
chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Hi @herédi_6442,
Thanks for all the information.
As my colleague explained, the refund can only be requested if the cancelation is made within 14 days. As per your account details, the subscription is canceled after 1 month and 2 days of usage. The term will end on December 10, 2024.
Since this is a public forum, we can not discuss account related details here more than this. Please feel free to start a private chat session with our support team here: https://adobe.ly/4gbAUJe
Let us know if you have any questions.

Hi Kanikas,
I appreciate your kind feedback.
I sent you a private message containing the confirmation email of Adobe cancellation dated on 02 Nov. It was the first day of the 7-days free period.
Please not charge cancellation fee (more than 150 €), as I received a confirmation email about the cancellation on the registration day, and I have not used Adope since then.
If possible, please refund the monthly cost for November, too.
Kind regards,
Nikoletta
