I tried to cancel my plan before it will continue for another year. It's an annual plan, paid monthly. Ι followed the procedure of cancellation and for one day it seemed ok and the system had the sign "No plan". Today again it shows me i have the plan i canceled. I try to cancel it again now and it has fee 250 euro because the plan already started. What can i do? And why this happened? And at the end, i saw at the cancellation terms that if you cancel within first 14 days you get a full refund.
