Cancellation problem

I cancelled the plan on December last year (2021) and for some reason it didn't seem to go through. It just drew another Monthly payment yesterday despite me thinking it already was cancelled. I had to go again and cancel and this time it said the cancellation went through. However, immediately after it drew another €24.99 from my account which I presume is the cancellation fee. If it is, then can I get my money from this month back because it was taken without me knowing that the last cancellation didn't go through properly?
