This will probably get deleted but here goes, cause I know they ignore their poor Trustpilot status. There on 1.5 star rating and haven't replied in over a year.
Anyone who reads this, get out now! This company is a total scam.
Never have I experienced such a poor service from a company in my life.
They lock you into a contract and the only way out is to jump through a bunch of hoops before they lock you in again, either that or you pay them a £60-£100 fee to get out of it early. You cannot cancel auto renewal, I have tried, I contacted support and they confirmed it is not possible.
They say they send you emails about it being renewed but I've never seen one, there's every chance stuff like that goes to spam, cause let's face that's all this company is.
A company of this size, should understand something like that, they work in that sort of field.
If you miss the date that it renews, you are stuck another year or have to pay them anyway to get out, you try to appeal and all they want to do is offer a new contract, what is the point if you are not using it? How is that so difficult to understand?
Money grubbing, appalling company. Approach with caution!

Hi there,
We see you have an Acrobat subscription under the same ID as with forums.
While purchasing the subscription we agree to certain terms which clearly mention the cancellation fee if we cancel before the contract gets over.
You can revisit the terms here: https://www.adobe.com/legal/subscription-terms.html
I also checked that there is already an open case with our support team. Our team will definitely take care of your issue.
Thanks for your patience.

The spam folder of your e-mail is what you control. Adobe has absolutely no control about your e-mail settings.
And no, your message won't get deleted here. Why should it? Let's stay to the point and keep it friendly. Occasionally, it helps.

Adobe's Annual plans are for a 12-month commitment. If you don't want your plan to auto-renew, then you can cancel it anytime during the 11th month... Adobe emails you when your renewal date is approaching:

Here's a guide explaining the process which should help you find the best solution, and possibly save some time or money:
What You Should Know Before Canceling Your Adobe Subscription
Outside of that, we cannot really help further here, as this is primarily a user-to-user forum – so your best bet would be to contact Adobe Customer Care directly.
*** Note that Adobe does not do support by email, so beware of anyone who sends you a private message via this forum. ***

Your plan's expiration date can be seen 24/7 from your online account.

Likewise, you can cancel anytime you wish but there is a 50% early termination fee for Annual Plans. To avoid penalty fees, wait until your 12 month of service to cancel. Set a reminder on your Phone or Google Calendar so you don't forget.

Where do you have this legal information from. As of my information, you need to get informed by e-mail (or letter) of the renewal date. As of my information, Adobe does that. There is no need to show on a site a renewal date, at least, I do not read that from the official data I have:
You get the anniversary date from your account, however, by looking into your plan (manage plan/gérer la formule). You can also look into your payement history. And you can look at the e-mail you got, when you took the plan. You have multiple methods for knowing about the anniversary of your plan.

cancel after your 12th payment. you'll still have a few weeks left on your subscription, but after your last payment you won't incur a penalty and your subscription will last the entire 365 days.
