I disordered/deleted my membership, at Day two, after my Bank senden the Money (it was 69,99€)
At the Adobe FAQs it Says If you delete Your membership within two weeks, the Transaction will be payed Back. Now after 10 days i ask myself when i will geht my Money Back. The Customer Service does not replay via E-Amil. (firstname.lastname@example.org). I got a cancellation confirmation. Does anyone have any experiences in such a case? How to get in contact with the Adobe Service Team?
