It is unable to find the plan I purchased, because the payment had been made even before I signed in.
I already contacted the adobe community in South Korea, but they said they cannot find how to refund because there's no plan in my account and the payment was made from abroad.
It would be thankful if you find the way to cancel my plan. Since I live in South Korea, trying to contact by email is ok for me.

Like I originally wrote above, the payment had been already made before I created my account.
The adobe community in South Korea said they can find the way to refund if I give my credit card information.
Is it possible to refund in the same way?

i don't understand that post, but you can see if adobe support understands.
there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):
chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
twitter/x:

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
