Hello all,
I am trying to cancel my current plan, but I get an error "unable to load data". I suspect this is because there is no payment method linked to my account, however I may be wrong . This is my final month of Substance 3D for Students and Teachers plan and would like to cancel it before it (potentially) auto-renews. Does anybody know what happens in case I am unable to cancel it before the deadline? Will Adobe just cancel my subscription or do they charge me through some other means (e.g. phone number or maybe they charge the university which afterwards charges me for the amount)?
Thanks in advance
if you fail to cancel, your subscription will automatically renew.
make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html
for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):
chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

I found that Adobe kept charging me after cancelling. I had to file a bank fraud claim and block them. Additionally, Adobe wouldn't typically even work. So for $20/month for something that doesn't work, and then won't let you cancel, and even when you do, still charges you... I find other options that are not predatory. The corp greed is very apparent. Careful out there!

I wish to cancel my $19.95 monthly subscription at once! The product failed me last week when I was depending on it to process an important contract I was working on.
Specifically, I was trying to save a PDF as a Word doc, but all I got was a bunch of garbeled text with both .doc and .docx formats.
I tried to get help, but it was AI that goes nowhere. I requested a representative, but got more of the same AI crap.
I wish to cancel now, but absolutely refuse to pay your early cancellation extortion fee of $79.95

Hello @lakia377514345kxu,
Look at the following link for information on how to cancel your subscription.
https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html
If the information does not help, then you need to contact support. To contact support follow the instructions given below
1. Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
2. Wait a bit on the page that opens up, it should automatically open a chat popup. If that does not happen then look for a call out/chat icon at the bottom right, click over it and the chat popup should open
3. In order to talk to a human type "AGENT" in the chat box
4. If you are not able to get to the chat window, then disable your adblockers, firewall, enable cookies/scripts on your browser. If it still fails then change your browser/machine/network.
P.S. Be mindful of answering anyone who sends you a private message. See the following for more information about scammers
