Hello,
I would like to inquire about a refund. My email stated my free trail ends 20Sep2025 and today is the 20th. I was already charged for the service. I cancelled my free tral today as well.
Will I recieve a full refund of since I cancelled the plan the same day it stated?

if you cancelled within the refund period, you will be refunded. it can take up to 14 days for the refund to be processed.
meanwhile, check your account, https://account.adobe.com to make sure everything (ie, BOTH) is (are) cancelled.
