I have the same issue. There seem to be no way to contact adobe. What a scam!

I am having the same issues. I cancelled my adobe subscription last month and I"m now being threatened by adobe that my account will be suspended because I haven't paid my bill??????????????????  Seriously disappointed with Adobe. Tried to call someone, but got a bot telling me to log in and then come back and speak to it??? WT! Worst customer service ever.

@Jodie55

again, there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Thanks for your reply, though you missed the main point of my msg and that is why is Adobe sending me a threatening email about suspending my account when I've already cancelled it?

While I have you here, are you saying that you cannot speak to an actual person over the telephone if you want to speak to someone at adobe?

What part of the world does this community.adobe cater to?

Thanks.
