Cancelled Subscription Refund
I was charged for my yearly subscription by the end of November (on the 27th) and I had cancelled the subcription after 10 days of the amortization time. This took place on December 10th. It's been almost three weeks now and I'm wondering whether I'll be refunded or not because it usually takes 3 to 5 businessdays, and sometimes even up to 10 businessdays.
P.S.: I also can't seem to contact their customer service and I keep getting redirected to these community posts and customer care topics which is incredibly frustrating.
Does anybody know how to contact them directly?
