Cancelled Trial but billing continued

Hi, I cancelled my trail and I'm continuing to get charged around £20 a month by Adobe. I've looked on my account and I have no paid plans and so I cannot cancel anything to try and stop the payments. I've downloaded the app to check as well as looked on my online account and both say the same - that I have no plans linked to my account. Any help would be great thanks !

    p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

    contact adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

    chat:
    use a browser that allows popups and cookies
    and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
    in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
    be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

    tweet @AdobeCare

    p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

    Thanks! I've tried using the bot but it keeps going round in circles with the same conversation ahha doesn't seem to understand, and I've tried the 'agent' thing and it keeps directing me back to its questions or ending the conversation...

    again, type "agent" to bypass the bot.  (and no one, even adobe employees, can help you with account issues via the forums.)
