I subscribed to a yearly plan, but unfortunately I realized that it has been called after a whopping #11,500 naira has been deducted from my account. It is unfair.

I've moved your post from Using the Community to the Account, Payment, & Plan forum.
The annual plans with a commitment for a year are deeply discounted from the monthly plans that can be cancelled at any time, which is why there is a fee for early cancellation.

I see! Ideally it takes 12-14 days for the refund to process if the cancellation is done within 14 days of the subscribing(including trial).

I did not cancelled any subscription whatsoever, kindly restore it, as how on earth will I subscribed for a year plan ,then after 1 week ,I will cancelled it? That does not make any sense.

... and if you cancelled during the refund period (https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html), it can take 14 days for the refund to complete.
