Cancelling my plan without clearly informing about it

Hi,
As I edit quite a lot of photos on my mobile, and I used to work with Adobe when I was a photographer, LR was my app of choice for editing. I have had a photography plan, I think, from the very first moment it was introduced. But as that has only 20GB on the cloud, I also have an LR + 1 TB plan, just for storage, as there was no option to buy extra space in the cloud.
Yesterday, I received mail stating that the price of the Photography plan is going to increase, and if I want to keep the current one, I have to change from paying monthly to paying annually. Sure, wanted to keep PS, wanted to keep price, ok. Clicked through the process, got an email with confirmation about the changes in the plan, and I thought I was golden.
To my surprise, I got a return for some part of the LR + 1 TB storage, and that plan was cancelled. I was not informed about that, it was not my intention. Not big of a big deal, just to get a new one, right? Wrong. Now that the subscription is at a higher price.
I wanted to have just my plan restored, but I was informed that it was cancelled, so I can just place an order for the new one. No, thank you.
I will contact a consumer rights advocate in my city, as I do not think that how I was (not) informed about what was going to happen was right.

can @AJarosz be helped?

Thank you, in the meanwhile my case was taken and I was already helped. So, things are restored to the way they should be. 🙂

Sorry, but cannot find anything there that would help my case. I had two plans, got email to renew one, I did, and second was cancelled. I had 2 plans, now I have one, but I was not cancelling second.

you had the photography plan paid monthly that you wanted to change to the photography plan paid annually, correct?

that was done, correct?

you also had some other plan that was inadvertently cancelled?  if so, what was the other plan?
