Essentially my university has ended their subscription with Adobe, so I wasn't able to use any of the apps. I clicked on the 7 day free trial to downloaded all of my files. Now when I log into my account I cant see any subscriptions, how do I cancel this free trial before I get charged? I have already started paying the subscription to my non-student account, don't want to pay double.

If you can't cancel the trial plan yourself, you need to contact Adobe Customer Care. No one on the forums can do it for you.
Start here (you may have done this):
https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html
As the page says, start with signing in at https://account.adobe.com/plans
To contact Adobe Customer Care, try the link to auto-open the Chat:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
Type "agent"
If your browser blocks the Chat window, try the steps here:

You can also send a post through X (formerly Twitter) to @AdobeCare.
Do not reply to PMs, which are likely to be scammers.
I've moved your post from Creative Cloud Desktop to Account, Payment, & Plan.
Another Expert will most likely reply and repeat all that I've said.

sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application : http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
see if you have the option to select the non-school profile.
in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
