Cancelling subscription with a deleted email address

Can someone please tell me how can I cancel my subscription that was linked to an email address that was deleted? Meaning I can't log in to my Adobe account with that email anymore or use the "swap emails" option. Customer support chat is useless.

@Johanna-Lisa_Zelinski4019 This is a tricky situation—because it's security issue. Since you can't access the account through the deleted email, you'll need to prove your identity and ownership of the subscription through alternative means.
Be prepared to provide details like your full name, billing address, credit card information associated with the subscription, and any previous order numbers or subscription details you might have. Explain that your account email is no longer accessible and that you need to cancel the subscription. They should be able to verify your identity and process the cancellation manually.

Thanks so much for the reply! But another question is- how do I contact customer service? Since talking to an agent is only possible when you have an active plan?
