Cancelling subscription

Hi, i have a pretty serious  problem with cancelling my one year subscription plan.

I've already paid the cancellation fee, yet still monthly payments are being taken from my account. On official Adobe site wherever I check i find that my plan is, in fact, cancelled.

Did I miss something or is it just some kind of technical issue? Also, is there is a customer support mail? I coulnd find one

Thanks in advance

it's an adobe error.  have them fix it by contacting adobe support via one of the 3 ways mentioned in @John T Smith message.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.
