cancelling without paying subscription fee

hello,

 

how can i cancel my subscripton without having to pay the early cancellation fee?

 

i have never used the account and would love to save some money if possible

    If it's within 14 days of your initial purchase, you can still receive a full refund:

    If not, then cancelling an Annual plan before 12 months has passed is subject to a cancellation fee, per the terms described when you signed up. However, if you switch to a different plan instead, you can avoid the fee:

    It may be worth to see which is more cost effective for you, depending on how long is left on your plan.

    @ProDesignTools,

    May I give a small precision: you can cancel during the 12th month without cancellation fee… If you don't cancel then, the cycle starts again for 12 months.

    Hey @Abambo,

     

    My understanding is if a customer switches to a different Creative Cloud plan at any time before their 12-month term is up, then they won't pay a cancellation fee on the original plan but will begin a fresh 12-month term on the new plan.

     

    However, this can potentially work out to be less than paying a cancellation fee outright, depending on the plans chosen.

    We all agreed to a one year term when we joined.  And if you neglected to cancel within the 14 day grace period, you missed your chance.   You can either pay for the year as agreed or pay the 50% early termination fee, your choice.
