Hi Adobe,
Subject: Request for Refund—Recently Renewed Adobe Subscription
Dear Adobe Support,
I hope you're well. I’m writing to request a refund for my Adobe subscription, which was renewed recently.
I purchased the plan on 05-8-2024/05-08-2025, but have changed my mind, as my college has ended and I will no longer need the software. I was unaware that the subscription would renew automatically.
Since I no longer require the services, I kindly ask if it’s possible to process a refund for the recent charge. I would appreciate your understanding.
My Adobe account email is: PRIVATE INFORMATION REMOVED FROM THIS PUBLIC FORUM
Plan type: Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps—Annual Plan, prepaid or monthly
Payment date: 09-05-2025
I appreciate your help, and I look forward to your response.

if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step. (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)
