Cannot Access the Activation Wizard for Substance Painter

I paid for the Substance Painter Perpetual License and I have the license key.

On my new PC, I installed Substance Painter using the Creative Cloud portal. I installed Substance Painter as a free one month trial.

The Activation Wizard for Substance Painter is not popping up.

As mentioned, I have the license key for Substance Painter but can't seem to apply it.

Please help.

i assume you purchased that via steam. if so, contact steam.
