Cannot cancel an old subscription

I used to use adobe whilst at uni.    I am still paying £24.96 mnthly and yet my account shows that I do not have plan.   I have tried repeatedly to access a way of cancelling this direct debit when I do no even remember what it is for anymore and there is nothing I can cancel on line!   Need UK Phone number to talk to a real person please as I want to cancal and try for a rebate?  Can anyone help please.
