Cannot cancel plan

Hi all, 

I want to cancel my plan before the renew of this year which started on April but suddenly I cannot cancel my plan before 1 year constract suscription ends and now my plan was auto renew once again and I get charge for that. I tried to cancel and they said it will charge $300 if I cancel my plans. How do I get help with this while I cannot be able to cancel my plans before ? and can I get a refund. Please help

What, exactly, happened when you tried to cancel?

When I try to cancel, it always errors even though I tried to redo it many times. And until April, when they charged me again I can be able to cancel my plans.
