Cannot cancel subscription due to card issue

New Here ,
Apr 01, 2025 Apr 01, 2025

Hi I registered 2 weeks ago for trial but forgot to cancel. I have another account now.

My card's balance is not enough so Adobe could not charge full, it said if no action taken, my account will be suspended.

Today Adobe charged a smaller amount.

But I can't cancel plan after already being charged.

How can I proceed from here? I requested to connect with agent but not succeed.

Hi An_Nguyen3795,

We hear you. I see that you have a Photoshop subscription under the same ID as you are using with this community. There seems to be a billing issue with your account. Currently, the account is suspended and you may have to add card details so that Adobe can charge you. Once charged, you can then proceed with cancellation. Please visit you account for more details: https://adobe.ly/43uY7CU;

Hope this helps.

Thanks
^KS
