Cannot Download as Adobe Does Not Allows me to Subscribe to Plan with Valid Credit Card in India

Hi

I am trying to subscribe for an adobe plan with a valid credit card in india.

Adobe website is not even trying to contact my credit card company and saying card details not valid.

My Bank send me an sms when a transaction on my card fails.

Whenever adobe said card details not valid, my bank did not send any sms saying that transaction failed. So is even adobe verifying my card details with my bank or saying based on an assumption?

Is Adobe still selling in India or not ?

Is there any reseller from which i can buy ?

Can i buy from amazon.com, will it be valid for india or will be valid in usa only ?

Regards

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

no problem, and follow up @Shivangi_Gupta's suggestion to check/confirm your email.  there may be an adobe message (possibly in a spam folder) that requests a reply.
