I wanted to change a payment method using this tutorial here: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/update-billing-information.html, but I cannot get past a bug where manage payment link does not seem to be working. When I click it first time I'm required to log in into private account and I do so. When I'm logged in I click it again, but this time it's not responding. At first I thought it must be some plugin in my web browser (Firefox), so I used different one, Chrome, instead, but to no success. Issue is appearing on Edge too. I have no plugins or anything like that on either Chrome or Edge (I'm not using them at all) so that shouldn't be an issue. It looks like that's a bug on the page itself since link does work first time when I'm required to log into private account.
That was the second tutorial I tried to use and it wasn't helpful

I recommend contacting your Account Manager/Reseller if you have an Enterprise contract.
I didn't need to contact anyone. This time the same link I was complaining abount not working, magically started working.
