Cant cancel free trial period

Hi, I cant cancel my free trial period. There are still 10 days left and every time I click on cancel plan, I am getting to the login page where they asked me for my email address, but which I can type in but not click on proceed, since the proceed button is constantly loading. Could someone please assist me?

We appreciate you writing in. Have you considered using a different web browser for signing in to your Adobe account?

I also cant reset my password, or put in a new password or link any other verfication option like google, facebook, etc.

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step.  (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
