cant downgrade plan

hello

 

trying to downgrade to photography plan and it keeps asking me to verify my education status. 

My current plan is Creative Cloud with all the apps and isnt a student one as I pay the full price of £54

Why does it think I am a student? Never had a student account with them.

its not a student plan its the full plan. All apps 100GB storage. 

never mind I've just got the photography plan with 1TB. What an extra 10 per month. Thank Adobe!

You can't downgrade from the All Apps Student plan to Photography.

 

Cancel your student plan and give up your discount. Early termination fees may apply.  To avoid fees, wait until your 12 month of service to cancel.

 

Resubscribe to a new Photography Plan. Creative Cloud Photography Plan (approx $10/month for 12 months). Includes the following:

  • Photoshop CC and Photoshop on iPad
  • Camera Raw
  • Lightroom on desktop, mobile and the web
  • Lightroom Classic
  • Portfolio website + hosting
  • Adobe Express (free starter plan)
  • Bridge
  • 20 GB cloud storage (upgradable to 1 TB for $10 extra per month).
  • Free upgrades for paid subscribers

if you are charged a penalty, contact adobe support as previously explained.  otherwise, enjoy your plan.

To downgrade a plan you will need to go through Adobe Customer Service. There may be a cancellation fee, or they might (in exceptional circumstances) waive the fee.

Update :  when I choose the Photography plan with 20GB it asks to verify which brings me to student verification . When I choose Photography plan with 1TB it says agree and confirm. I dont need 1TB of storage. Why pay an extra £10 per month for storage I never use?

contact adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
