Cant purchase Creative Cloud, loading screen

I tried buying a creative cloud license, but after clicking the button to confirm my purchase after i put my credit card info, the page is stuck on loading, i tried multiple times in different browsers. Then i tried with an account that i just made that i dont want to use and it instantly accepted the purchase, i already cancel it, because i want to use it in my account.

check your account: https://account.adobe.com

 

if that fails to show your subscription, contact adobe support. there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
