Change email without access to Google account

Hi,
Google has completely disabled my access for some time now. So I don't have any access to my Gmail account with Adobe.
But my session is now active in the browser and I am active in my Adobe account.
I also forgot the password that I changed 5 years ago and it shows on my profile page.
Is there a way I can change the email completely or if it is possible to change the password, then I can change my email?
Thanks

I have already logged into my account and have an active session. But to do anything, you need a password that I have forgotten and I don't have access to my previous email.

contact adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Read my question again! I don't have access to my email and I forgot my password and I can't verify it. So I can't do any other settings!
