Hey hey!
I received an email today that my Adobe creative cloud price will be raised from 27th of April 2022.
I thought we were living the year 2023 already...But jokes aside, I don´t think they are joking since in creative cloud it states a higher price for next month, they have just made a mistake with the date in the email.
However I wanted to contact them to check this but the contact page doesn´t load so I can´t get in touch with them.
Anybody else experiensing similar? What to do ? Maybe have to just cancel the subscription and change to chaper or free editing tools, if can´t even get hold on their support.
Is there a phone number for the support? I have only used chat in the past.
Pretty sad and disappointed to receive the email with bad news and mistakes. It´s a lot of money for a starting entrepreneur 😞

Price changes may only incur at the renewal of your subscription. If you have taken a special offer, like 50% during half a year, the price may change during the year, but that is because of the terms of the offer.
As a side note: next month will be June, not April. I would guess, that for some reason your mail server spit out an old mail.

We can perhaps give you a better idea of whether this is right if you tell us
- what price do you pay today (including the currency)?
- what price are they saying?
- is this including taxes? If you're not sure, what country?
- when did you start the plan?
- are you a student?

Hi thanks all so far! I would just need to speak to Adobe support I think, to get this sorted.
I`ve tried with Chrome and Edge and the Start now for support doesn´t load/open. I tried UK and NL support page, both not working. Does this happen to anybody else?

I found an old support email from last year and below it mentions support phone numbers but when clicking it, there are no phone numbers on the page. Have they closed the phone support?
And maybe even the chat support since the whole page doesn´t open anymore? Pfff
