I want to purchase CC but I have a locked VAT number, and the page tells me to contact support, but I can't find any way to get in touch with the customer support. The box where I input it is grayed out.

m-f, 7am-7pm pst usually works for chat.

I solved it. You have to accept all cookie settings in order to see the chat.
