At the end of January I will be moving house which will mean I'll have a new internet provider and a new email address. What do I have to do to ensure my Adobe Creative Cloud account is maintained and I can continue to use it at my new address?
as long as you're not moving to a country where internet access is restricted, you don't have to do anything. ie, your subscription is not linked in any way to your location (unless you change countries) or internet provider.

Hi
Many thanks for your prompt reply.
Although I will be remaining in the UK my internet provider will change.
I am currently with Virgin Media but will be changing to Sky Media at the end of January. I’m presuming that all I’ll have to do is log into my Adobe account using the new Sky platform and the creative cloud software will update/download automatically?
I must apologise, I am the least tech-savvy person you’ll ever meet!!
Thank you.

correct.
the hardest part (which is not necessarily hard) will be getting your new sky media account setup and connecting to the internent from your new location.
once you can do that, nothing else needs to be done. ie, you'll just open an adobe app and everything will work just like it did before you moved. nothing will change in regard to using your apps or posting here or accessing your cc cloud files (if you have any).

I doubt that. 🙂
For your e-mail, I suggest you create an e-mail with a free e-mail provider, like https://gmail.com (Google) or https://outlook.com (Microsoft) or https://yahoo.com (Yahoo), or any other free e-mail provider.
That way, you will be sure that you will not to have changing your e-mail address anytime soon again. Be sure also, that with the Adobe account, you have confirmed your cell phone number. That way, you will be able to sign in with your Adobe ID, even without having access to the e-mail associated with the ID.
And just to say: I have tons of utility providers (gas, electricity, cell phone company, internet provider, administrations, the company I work for) sending invoices and other communications by e-mail. You should be aware, that you need to change all those too. Make a checklist so that you do not forget one.

I have never changed my email address, so you may want to contact support so you don't lose access to your account
Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link below
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
